MULTICOLOUR POLYURETHANE FLOORING
SIX DECK CROMAT

  • 24 hours after applying the EPOSIX PRIMER BS or EPOSIX PRIMER A primer coat, according to the type of surface,
    apply 2 coats of smooth satin finish SIX DECK PL with a roller or sprayer.
    Yield 200-300 gr/m2
  • 12-24 hours later, apply one intermediate coat of multicolour SIX DECK CROMAT with a sprayer or brush.
    Yield 400-500 gr/m2.
  • 48-72 hours later , once the surface is completely dry, sand the surface lightly with sand paper to eliminate any imperfections.
    Remove any residue left over from sanding.
  • Apply two coats of transparent SIX DECK PL TRASPARENTE top coat, in either satin and/or clear.
    Yield 200-250 gr/m2

 

SELF-LEVELLING EPOXY FLOORING
SIX DECK SL

  • 24 hours after applying the EPOSIX PRIMER BS or EPOSIX PRIMER A primer coat, according to the type of surface, apply 1 coat of SIX DECK SL in the desired colour with a spatula.
    Yield 1200-1300 gr/m2 x 1 mm of thickness.
    Minimum recommended thickness 3 mm.
  • 48-72 hours later, apply two coats of SIX DECK PL top coat in the same colour as the SIX DECK SL base coat to increase the abrasion resistance.
    Yield 200-300 gr/m2.
  • This cycle is ideal for interior flooring and exterior pavements subject to high pedestrian traffic and/or passage with lightweight carts with rubber wheels.

 

SELF-LEVELLING EPOXY FLOORING
SIX DECK BRD 645

  • 24 hours after applying the EPOSIX PRIMER BS or EPOSIX PRIMER A primer coat, according to the type of surface, apply 1 coat of SIX DECK BRD 645 with a spatula.
    Yield 1200-1300 gr/m2 x 1 mm of thickness.
    Minimum recommended thickness 1-1.5 mm.
  • 24 hours after application, apply 1 coat of SIX DECK BRD 645 with a spatula.
    Yield 1200-1300 gr/m2 x 1 mm of thickness.
    Minimum recommended thickness 0.7-1 mm.Dust the freshly painted surface with an anti-skid extender.
    Yield 1500-3000 gr/m2.
    Dust the freshly painted surface with an anti-skid extender.
    Yield 1500-3000 gr/m2.
  • 24-48 hours later, once the surface is completely dry, remove the excess anti-skid extender.
    Apply two coats of SIX DECK PL top coat in the same colour as the SIX DECK BRD 645 base coat to increase the abrasion resistance.
    Yield 400-600 gr/m2.
  • This cycle is ideal for interior flooring and exterior pavements subject to high pedestrian traffic or for access ramps and garage bridges.

 

ELECTRO-CONDUCTIVE FLOORING FLIGHT DECKS
SIX DECK BRD 645

  • 24 hours after applying the EPOSIX PRIMER BS or EPOSIX PRIMER A primer coat, according to the type of surface, apply 1 coat of SIX DECK BRD 645 with a spatula.
    Yield 1200-1300 gr/m2 x 1 mm of thickness.
    Minimum recommended thickness 3 mm.
  • 24-48 hours later, once the surface is completely dry, apply two coats of SIX DECK PL ELETTROCONDUTTIVO top coat, according to the specifications given in M.M. 645/P.
    Yield 250-300 gr/m2.
  • This cycle is ideal for interior flooring and exterior flooring where electro-conductive characteristics are required, for instance in helicopter flight decks, etc.
     

 
 

MARBLE RESIN FLOORING (Venetian style flooring)
SIX DECK MARMO

  • 24 hours after applying the EPOSIX PRIMER BS or EPOSIX PRIMER A primer coat, according to the type of surface, install a metal grid with pawls to the bottom to increase the adhesion of the product to the support as well as its cohesiveness.
    Use a spatula to apply one coat of SIX DECK MARMO in the colour and pattern desired.
    Yield 1800-2000 gr/mq x 1 mm of thickness.
    Minimum recommended thickness 15 mm.
  • 48-72 hours later, once the surface is completely dry, sand the surface with a sanding machine and polish the material until attaining the desired degree of finish.
    Sanding and polishing equipment for the SIX DECK MARMO are traditional natural marble sanding machines.
  • This cycle is ideal for interior flooring and exterior pavements.
    This flooring has a very attractive appearance, replicating the famous Venetian or Terrazzo style flooring that uses chips of polished marble. The system makes the most of the natural colours of the marble chips and the flexibility and cohesion of the epoxy resin mortar.
    One very valuable characteristic is the possibility of realising this type of floor by reducing the epoxy underlayer to a few centimetres.
    Remember that in the traditional system, it is necessary to apply a minimum thickness of concrete underlayer of 5-10 cm.
  • The product can also be worked in moulded sheets to create the pleasant and multicoloured "SIX TOP" worktops for countertops in BARS and CAFETERIAS or for TABLETOPS, ETC. The product is non-toxic and can be used alimentary environments and does not absorb odours.
